Complete furnished room with private shower and sink in the room. Right at the center of Vienna near the State Opera House and the Naschmarkt.
The room has a comfortable double box springs bed, a desk, a closet, a comode with two nights tables, lights, radio alarm clock, a sofa with a small table, curtains etc.
In the hallway there is a kitchenette with eating table, a bar table with high chairs and seating area.
The kitchen has afridge and freezer, Microwave with hot air function and gril, water cooker, coffee machine, pots, pans, plates etc.
Further the apartment has a washing machine and there is a room to hang the wet cloth. The house has a special bike parking facility.
The location is very quiet and central, just few walking minutes from the Naschmarket and subway U4. The opera house an old city is 10 minutes walk, as well the the TU University and also the law university.
It doesn’t really get more central than the Naschamarkt area, which is next to the old city and many university institutions like the TU, the law university and many others.
An area full of live and with many of the special stores and restaurants.
The old city is walkable and thanks to subway U4 Kettenbrückengasse in our street you get very fast to the airport and all major train station.

At the moment I am looking for flatmates. Which means if you have friends looking together or a place, you can be here together.
The open kitchen and the 2 toilets are shared. For the rest, each has his or hers own shower and sink in the room itself.
The tenants need to clean once a week as you agree with each other, other all of you together or just one of you, so just once a months or even less. We clean the place once every 2 weeks. It’s mostly important to make your dishes the moment you leave the kitchen.
