schone WG apartment - modern studio apartment

Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Einzimmerapartment im Uni Apart am Josephsplatz 3 direkt in der Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist etwa 21, 5 Quadratmeter groß und liegt im dritten Stock des Hauses.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, d.h. man kann quasi seine Koffer packen und direkt einziehen. An Möbeln sind mit inbegriffen: ein Bett mit Matratze mit Schutzbezug, einem 2-Personen Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen, einem Kleiderschrank, der ausreichend Platz bietet, einem Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischlampe und Schreibtischstuhl, einem Papiermülleimer und einer seitlichen Kommode, die ausreichend Platz für sämtliche Uni-Unterlagen bietet.
Zum Apartment gehört außerdem noch eine sehr moderne Einbauküche mit Zeranfeld und Backofen. Das Bad ist ein Duschbad und sorgt mit seiner Lüftungsanlage dafür, dass sich dort keine Feuchtigkeit bildet. . Sie wurde im Oktober 2015 zum ersten mal bezogen, d.h. das Inventar wurde noch nicht mal ein Jahr benutzt und befindet sich daher in einem neuwertigen Zustand.

Die Lage des Uni Aparts ist fast unschlagbar mit seiner direkten Innenstadtlage. Man ist in weniger als 5 Minuten direkt in der Maximilianstraße und die Oper ist nur etwa 100 bis 200 m entfernt. Auch die Universität ist mit dem Fahrrad nur etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle am Opernplatz ist etwa 200 Meter entfernt und auch der ZOH ist nur etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Vom ZOH fahren in fünfminütigen Abschnitten Busse zur Universität.
Am Ende des Monats keine Nebenkostenabrechnung geben wird. Es werden keinerlei Nachzahlungen mehr fällig.
Wann sie Interessant am Apartment haben, konnen sie ein Email senden (). (Mein Deutsch ist nicht so Gut. Ein Freund von mir hat diese Angebote geschreibt.) Ich hab auch etwa dingen dass lassen ich: Daunendecke, Kopfkissen, Töpfe, Gabeln, Messer Löffel etc. Wann Sie brauchen sie, will ich sie lassen.

I'm looking for a new tennent for my WG apartment in UniApart, Josephsplatz 3. The apartment is roughly 21.5 square metres and is located ont eh third floor of the building.
The apartment is fully furnished which means it is pretty much ready for you to move straight in! In the apartment there is a decent sized bed with mattress protector, a two person table with two chairs, a spacious wardrobe with space above, a desk with desk lamp and spinning chair, a wast paper bucket, a chest of drawers/storage unit which is perfect to fit all your books/uni notebooks into. The apartment also has a kitchen area fitted with ceramic hobs, oven, plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a fitted shower with an air filter so that no moisture is left trapped. There is also a switch which controls the heating and the electronic blinds.
These apartments were first used in October 2015 and so are extremely new.

The apartment is located in the city centre, about 5 minute walk from the main high street, the ZOH (where you can catch any bus to anywhere in the city). By bike, you can be at he University campus in around 10-15 minutes, or 25 if you walk (though the bus comes to the ZOH).

In the basement there are lockers, washing machines and driers. The building has a free fitness room as well and several study rooms, a lounge and a breakfast bar.
