Hey guys,
we are looking for someone or a couple to rent our apartment from now to 31.11.2016.
The apartment is actually suitable for a couple in a very central location and it includes bedroom (with double bed and a double wardrobe), living room (with 2 beds instead of a couch, one desk, one living room table and TV), bathroom and kitchen. There is a common use of washing machine saloon in the same building, which costs 1,5 € per wash.
The apartment is totally furnished; you need just your private stuff. Outside the apartment there is a balcony (where you can leave your bicycle), upstairs is a terrace and downstairs there are playroom and small garden and for common use (see pictures).
The cost of the apartment amounts 630euro per month(Ideal for 2 persons) incl. electricity, water, Internet and TV.
The deposit cost is 300€, which you will have it back when at the end of the rent. thanks
The location of the apartment is really amazing for you, if you are student at Technical Institute of Berlin (TUB). It is just 3-5 min. on feet far away from the University (200m).
