I am subletting my spacious, fully furnished loft in a quiet, but very central location in Lichtenberg. This modern, bright loft is 60sqm and has a huge terrace accessible both from the living room and the bedroom. The bedroom (160cm bed) and the bathroom (washing machine) are separated by a big living room, which is nearly 40sqm with french windows and 4m high ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen (fridge) is open and reached from the living room. The way the rooms are placed makes the loft perfect for one person or a couple to live in, but is not suitable for sharing. There is also DSL flatrate Internet connection to use free of charge.

What makes the loft so special is that it is newly made, located in a recently renovated building that has been a department store before, so never used for living. Rewe, Rossmann and a pharmacy could be found in the building itself. Other shops such as bakeries, Netto, Norma, as well as a Sparkasse ATM point are in immediate vicinity. The building is located directly next to a park and there is a swimming pool just around the corner.

There is a tram stop just outside the door (M8). Alexanderplatz is only 12 minutes away by tram and S-Bahn station Storkower Straße - only 7 minutes by foot. There are enough parking places in front of the house, as well as a large storage room for bicycles.

Ich biete mein großzügig-geschnittenes, komplett möbliertes Loft in sehr ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage in Lichtenberg zur Zwischenmiete an. Das moderne, sehr helle Loft hat 60qm und eine große, vom Wohn-und Schlafzimmer begehbare Terasse. Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine und Schlafzimmer mit 160m breitem Bett, sind vom ca. 40 qm. großem Wohnraum mit französischen Fenstern und einer Deckenhöhe von 4m, abgetrennt. Die komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank ist offen und geht vom Wohnraum ab. Somit ist das Loft eher für eine Personen oder ein Pärchen, aber nicht für eine WG geeignet. Der DSL-Anschluss mit Internet Flatrate steht zur freien Nutzung.


Bei dem Loft handelt es sich um Erstbezug in einem kürzlich fertig gestelltem Haus, das früher ein Kaufhof war und somit sehr außergewöhnlich ist. Rewe, Rossmann und eine Apotheke befinden sich im Haus selber. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker, Norma, Netto oder eine Sparkasse sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus liegt direkt am Park und auch ein Schwimmbad ist direkt um die Ecke.


Direkt vor der Haustür hält die M8 mit der man innerhalb von 12 Min zum Alexanderplatz gelangt. Die S-Bahn Haltestelle „Storkower Straße“ erreicht man in ca. 7 Gehminuten. Vor dem Haus sind genügend PKW-Stellplätze und im Haus gibt es einen großen Abstellraum für Fahrräder.
