I am subletting my flat for 12 months starting from 01th of February, the latest from 15.02.2017
I am leaving the flat for about 12 months and depending on my situation by then you could maybe take over the flat as well.
It has two rooms. One small one towards the backyard of the house and one bigger one that looks over a tiny garden in the back of the complex. A tiny bathroom with a bathtub. A kitchen with a fridge and some storage space. A washing machine is also there. In the hallway I installed a wardrobe and some more storage space. Floors are oak parquet in the hallway and the sleeping room and oiled "Diele" in the living room.
a couple of things (fridge, washing machine, some shelves) will stay in the flat for the time of the sublet but we can discuss later what stays inside or not.
The ground plot is just an approximate profile. I am not an architect, I just quickly drew this in Illustrator to make it easier for you to imagine the flat.
The flat is situated close to Hertzbergplatz. So the M41 stop is right in front of the door. Karl-Marx-Strasse (U7) is approx 7-8 minutes to walk. S-Bahnstation Sonnenallee is roughly 800 m away. All the fun stuff in Neukölln is in walkable distance (walking to Hermannplatz takes about 20-25 min or max 10 min by bike depending on how slow you are :).
Write me a mail in english or deutsch. We'll figure out a date for a viewing. Probably I'll set some open doors this weekend (14.01.-15.01.).
Save yourself and me the time and hustle and come prepared. Doesn't have to be printed but a compiled pdf would be nice with the usual stuff:
- copy of your ID and if you are not german your registration
- income balance of the last three months or a proper bondsman agreement if you are a student (including a copy of the bondsman ID and an income declaration of course)
- and some form of official paper that you don't owe any rent to your previous property management or WG or whatever
I won't remind you about sending it, so the faster it is there the better are your chances.
