I am seeking a responsible and reliable person or couple to sublet my lovely 2-room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg on a long-term basis.

The apartment is fully furnished, including with a washing machine and recent new mattress. Bathroom includes a bathtub.

There are large windows and a covered balcony, allowing in lots of sunlight during the day.

The building is in good condition and there is an elevator.

Excellent location- just down the road from lovely Volkspark Friederichshain, and right next to both Prenzlauer Berg and Friederichshain.
Excellent transport links. 2 mins walk to closest transport, 10 mins to Alexanderplatz and easy access to all other areas in Berlin, including airports.

Grocery store, bank and lots of other amenities across the street and in surrounding area.

I am looking for a clean, quiet and reliable person or couple, who will enjoy my home as their own.

Schufa (jetzt beantragen) , proof of ability to stay long-term in Germany, proof of work and stable income (last 3 months payslips) will be required.

Not suitable for children. No pets, no smoking.
