my name is Rossella Matarazzo, 34 years old, living and working in Berlin. I am looking for a long term apartment with the following features:
• Rent from 01 September 2017 - 1 person
• 1 or 2 rooms (I’d prefer 2) - price until 650/700€ all included
• Areas: Mitte - Kreuzberg - Prenzlauer Berg - Friedrichshain
• Important: DB train very easy to reach
• Not old buildings
• Furnished or unfurnished (with a different price)
• If furnished (quite new washing machine included)
• Bedroom: silent view
Only speak ENGLISH. I can see apartments Monday to Friday from 18:30 - Week-end available.
