I am Andres Flores from Spain, and I just came to Bonn with a PhD contract in CAESAR, the Max Plank Institute. I am looking for a flat or a apartment to live to live alone, with 2 rooms and at least furnish kitchen.
I am planning to stay in Bonn at least 3 years, so this would be a long term rent. I don't smoke and I don't have any pets. I also consider myself very organized and clean.
