Wohnung:
Ich vermiete 2 Zimmer meiner Wohnung unter, da ich nach Rheinland-Pfalz ziehe. Sie hat 80 qm und ist sehr hochwertig renoviert und möbliert. Die große Wohnküche ist mit einer Küchenzeile aus Birken-Furnierholz hell und freundlich ausgestattet. Man hat einen weiten Blick auf den neuen Grüngürtel in Düsseldorf.
Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Trockner und viele andere Geräte sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig, sowohl für Autofahrer als auch Nutzer des Öffentlichen Personennahverkehrs. Hauptbahnhof und Flughafen sind beide mit der S-Bahn 6 min. entfernt (trotzdem hört man keinen Fluglärm). In die umliegenden Städte fahren die nahe gelegenen S-Bahnen sowie Buslinien. Über das Mörsenbroicher Ei erreicht man viele Nachbarstädte schnell. Anwohnerparkplätze kosten ca. 25 EURO für 1 gesamtes Jahr, 60 EURO für 3 Jahre.

In der gesamten Wohnung sind Laminat und in Bad und Küche weiße Fliesen verlegt. Die Betten haben hochwertige, rückenschonende Lattoflex-Matratzen und Lattoflex-Lattenroste. Die Möbel sind in hellen Holzfarben gehalten.

Ein Rewe und gute Restaurants sowie Cafes befinden sich in der Straße.

Am Wochenende werde ich manchmal in einem 3. Zimmer wohnen. Das kommt aber wegen der hohen Fahrtkosten aus dem Süden von Rheinland-Pfalz sehr selten vor. Ich kann mir auch vorstellen, die Wohnung später komplett (80 qm) abzugeben.

I am looking for a nice appartment mate (m, f) for my 3-room-flat in Pempelfort. Basically I am a quiet person. I will live in another city most of the time which is very far away. The two rooms are located within my nice 80 m² huge flat in Pempelfort (completely new renovated tall rooms). Room sizes are 15m² (rectangle square) There is a backyard garden that can be used for relaxation (e.g. barbequeue). In the street, there are fine and attractive cafés, and altogether with the neighbour streets the environment offers all typically necessary infrastructures (shopping, services, and even airport, main station, fair hall by a 15-minutes-ride). In spite of its central, urban situation all is clearly structured and cosy. The link to public transport is optimal to the city centre as well as to other towns in the Rhine-Ruhr area (e.g. Cologne, Essen). Economic parking opportunities are given just around the corner (25 EUR fee per year). The loft offers a big kitchen and rooms with light wooden furniture, where one can also use a dishing machine, washing and drying machine (for your clothes) next to cooking, baking, and microwave oven. The room accommodation includes all kind of modern up-to-date furniture, e.g. a bed made from massive wood. A double-door cupboard serves for keeping your clothes and other stuff. Phone cables are in every room, so one can phone from everywhere. Also, a cable-TV adapter can be simply installed in this room (if interested). The loft is located on the first floor.
