We are going to move to a new place in the end of September 2015 so we are searching for someone instead of us to rent our current apartment.
The apartment is located on the third floor. It is 60 square metres including two rooms, a spacious kitchen, a Bath/WC, and a hallway. Besides, it has a basement.
This apartment is fully furnished, there remain all the furniture (normally the apartment will be not furnished but we would like to handover almost all the furniture to the new tenant)
The spacious kitchen is equipped (with everything you need) with a stove, a microwave, dining table, two refrigerators, two cupboards and necessary utensils for cooking.
There is also a washing machine available in the apartment itself.
Two bedrooms is furnished with 03 study tables, chairs, beds (inclusive mattress), wardrobes, sofa, shelves, etc.
So you can just move into the apartment and start living.
