Die Wohnung ist individuell und stylish mit Möbeln aus den 50ern bis 70ern eingerichtet, hat also einen schönen Vintage Flair. Sie verfügt über eine kleine aber gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Das Highlight ist der grosse Balkon und der spektakuläre Panoramablick über Frankfurt mit abendlichen Sonnenuntergängen. Alle Zimmer haben Fenster über die gesamte Breite und sind sehr schön hell. Da man im 4. Stock logiert, und direkt gegenüber nur ein niedriges Haus steht, hat man freien Blick. Das Haus ist frisch renoviert mit gemischten Bewohnern und sehr netten, ruhigen direkten Nachbarn. Es gibt einen kleinem Garten hinterm Haus und einen abschliessbaren Fahrradschuppen. Das Haus hat einen Aufzug.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und alles ist vorhanden – Küchenausstattung, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss, Stereoanlage, DVD-Player, Telefon mit Flatrate, High Speed DSL etc. Im Keller gibt es eine neue und einwandfrei funktionierende Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Gemeinschaftsnutzung sowie einen Raum zum Wäscheaufhängen.
Ich wohne normalerweise in der Wohnung und vermiete sie während der Messezeiten oder bei Bedarf. Das heisst, es sind Kleider oder Badutensilien von mir vorhanden, die ich aber zum Teil wegräume, so dass genügend Stauraum für Kleidung etc. ist, um sich wohl zu fühlen und ausbreiten zu können.


Sunny and cute 2-room flat in the 4th floor of a newly renovated 1960s multistory in Frankfurt Oberrad to sublet. The flat is furnished quite nicely and individually with vintage furniture from the 50ies to the 70ies. It has a small but well equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a tub and shower. The highlight of the flat is the spectacular views over Frankfurt’s Skyline and beautiful sunsets each night plus its spacious balcony. Every room has windows that run along the complete width of the room so they are quite bright and all have great views. Because you are in the 4th floor and there is only a smaller building opposite, your views are completely unobstructed. The house is clean and has a mix of nice residents. The direct neighbours of the flat are friendly and quiet. There is a little garden in the backyard, with a bike shed that can be locked up. Also the house has an elevator.
The flat is completely equipped with kitchen equipment, towels, bed linen, iron and ironing board, stereo set, cable TV, DVD player, telephone, etc. There is a new and functioning washing machine and dryer in the basement as well as a room to dry wet clothes.
I normally live in the flat and rent it for trade fairs or other events, so naturally there is personal stuff of mine in the apartment. But I will store some of it away so you have enough space to hang up your clothes and to occupy the bathroom and make yourself feel at home!

5 Minuten Fussweg zur Strassenbahnlinie 16, welche bis zum Hauptbahnhof durchfährt.
Zur Messe: Mit der 16 nach 5 Stationen am Lokalbahnhof in die S-Bahnen S4, 5, 6, 7 umsteigen, die über den Hauptbahnhof direkt zur Messe fahren. Fahrtzeit insgesamt ca. 30 Minuten.
Zum Flughafen: Tramlinie 16, nach 3 Stationen am Mühlberg umsteigen in die S8 und S9 bis zum Frankfurter Flughafen. Fahrtzeit insgesamt ca. 30 Minuten.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 15 Minuten am Hbf und in 10 auf der Bergerstrasse oder der Zeil. Man kann fast die ganze Strecke am Main entlang fahren.
Die Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus sind sehr gut, man findet eigentlich zu jeder Zeit einen Parkplatz.
Hinterm Haus fängt sofort der Stadtwald an, super zum Joggen, Radfahren, Spazierengehen. Rewe, , Bäcker, Post, Apotheke, Drugstore, Gemüsehändler, Pizzeria alles in max. 5 Minuten Fussweg.


Next tram stop is in 5 minutes walking distance. The line 16 goes directly to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (Central Station).
To Messe: Take the 16, change after 5 stops at Lokalbahnhof to the Metro Lines S4, 5, 6, 7 and go via Hauptbahnhof directly to Messe/ Tradefair. The whole journey takes you about 30 minutes.
To the Airport: Tramline 16, after 3 stops change to S-Bahn S8,9 which goes directly to the airport in about 30 minutes. By car it takes maybe 20 minutes.
Next motorway is 5 minutes driving distance. With a bike it takes you about 15 minutes to get to Hauptbahnhof or inner city area. You can cycle or walk along the river.
There is very good parking in front of the house. You get a parking place at any time of the day/night.
Just behind the house the Frankfurter Stadtwald (Forest) begins, so it is very nice to take a walk, go running or cycling. Supermarket, Bakery, Pharmacy, Drugstore, Fruit/Vegetable Shop, Pizzaplace, etc. is all in max. 5 minutes walking distance.
