Searching for accomodation from 1.04.2017 until 1.09.2017, Visiting Ph.D student at UniGoettingen

Hi,
Just some information about me, i'm 28 years old, I'm Ph.D student in chemical sciences at University of Perugia (Italy), recently i'am collaborating with Prof. Dr Lutz Ackermann at the institue for organic chemistry of the George-August University, toward this collaboration i will pass the next six month in the laboratory of the Prof Dr Lutz Ackermann, for that reason i'm searching for an accomodation in Goettingen during this period (from 1st April until 1st September). I'm coming in Goettingen with my private car and i prefer to have solution for parking near the appartment.
I'm therefore in searching for accomodation preferably in the north of the city (district, innenstadt, weende, grone), and i'm searching for furnished solution, i do not have limit of max rent because of i have two scholarship, one from my university and one other from european comunity. I'm also planing to buy a washing machines when i'll arrive in Goettingen and i'm also planing if is possible for tenant to leave that in the apartment when i finish my period abroad (September). For sure i'm searching for an apartment that have his private toilet and shower, not shared one.
I wish give all the information needed. I like also the fact that in the house there are 2 room because of when my mom come to visit me i have a bedroom also for here, but this feature is not for sure necessary.
