Hello,
My name is Daniel and I am a 29 year old Spanish guy who is studying German and working too. I'm new in Munich and I am looking for a room for at least 4 months (maybe more).
I’m real easy going and I know what’s needed in being a good roommate (I've sharing flats for more than 4 years). I’m neither a clean freak nor a slob and while my room may alternate between messy and tidy, I totally respect the common areas and keep them fairly neat.
I’m trying to think of what else to add… I am a reliable guy. I suppose if you have other questions please feel free to ask. I’d also be happy to put you in touch with my current roommates if you’d like a reference. If you think this might work.
