Females wanted and vegans (nuns and smokers , ... too): shamanic living in a subburb of munich (S 4 + S 6: two stripes: "town") 4 min. from bus and train station (20 min. to the Marienplatz), supermarkets are close, doctors are even in our house, postoffice and drugstore 10 min. away as the pet shop "Lydia's Futterhäusl". There are smokers and pets welcome (careful with open fire, scratching tree), I need people that don't have much baggage (as in an aeroplane allowed), there is a radioCDcassetterecorder with microphone, TVset, kitchen machine for smoothies and baking cakes, a blender, a fitted kitchen with granite working board (please careful !), dogs beds and basket, an all in one printer, lots of green plants (watering please), don't throw my shamanic gear out !!!, drying stand and ironing board are in the cellar as more tools than the emergency kit, hair dryer, fondue sets, deep fryer, hot stone for 2 persons, please careful with the antiques!!! and my shamanic spirit-isles around the place... A Baumarkt is close as a turkish shop with fresh vegetables and herbs, Asia Market is in Trudering near the station, Chinese Market at the Rosenheimer Platz, we have 2 restaurants downstairs: a jugoslavian and a vietnamese (both have vegan dishes), Aldi/Lidl/Tengelmann/Rewe ca. 10min. as the Sparkasse...Bank ...
there are parking places around the house and it is 5 Min. from the Haar Train Station as it is 5 Min. from the fields for Jogging...
The forest is 30 Min. walk on the other side of Haar ...
It's 12 Min. to OBH (Ostbahnhof) = Eastern Train Station, where You can catch busses and U 4/5
In 20 Min. You are at Marienplatz with the S4 or S6 and in 30 Min. You are at Ebersberg...further out east, where there is a little lake...
It is 1 hour from the Airport You have to Change Trains at Rosenheimer Platz, where there is a perfect chinese Supermarket...
AND about 24 Min. from the Main/Central Train Station Downtown (Hauptbahnhof)...

For the University You Need to Change Trains at Marienplatz into the U 3 or U 6 and it's only 5 Min. more to get there...
TU is closer to the U2, where You Change into at Hauptbahnhof...
there are also many busses at Munich and Trams to get where one needs to go...
You can use my pushbike around here ...
We are in the High Ground Floor and have a garden: which is quite noisy unfortunately, because the neighbours are mowing the lawn, are vacuumcleaning and so on ... during summer !!! ... and the Dart Pub is also during Winter loud ...
My housedoctor is Dr. Schroeder and he treats You, if You will tell him that You are my guest in my flat (it's only 5 Min. walk streight down in the direction of the bank)...
Dr. Oechsner our animal doctor is in the same house as Dr. Schroeder...
The best gynaecologists are in the Shopping Center, where there is Lidl Supermarket (around the Corner there)... here in Haar.(Jagdfeldring 11)
Physiotherapists and Masseurs are next to Dr.Schroeder....
Orthopaedic help is opposite to the train station Dr.Bittdorf and collegues (Bahnhofsplatz 4)

I have a pushbike key and a garden key, the garbadge key and the universal key for the Entrance and the flat and the Postbox downstairs... and the cellar...
My All in One Printer is not having WLAN ... , but there is a Hotline of HP!!!
The radio station "Arabella" is having the best music around...(there is also Bayern 5 classic not far)...
Don't scratch the CDs...
AND please do NOT misuse the telephone: for foreign countries You find cheap "call by call" numbers in the internet ( 01045 e.g. 01086 ...) and for cell phones just as well: 01038 is for German Handies (cell phones)...
Only suitable for people that can stand the smell of smoke or smoke themselves....
... careful with noise between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. AND 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. (neighbours) ... there is a list with houserules (please ask me ...) ... Keep Dogs at the short lead !!! e.g. ...
... during summer we Need to water the garden reasonably often according to the noise times ...
... PLEASE do NOT bring dead animals into my kitchen/fridge/flat ... !!!
It is a smoker's flat so it is smelling differently than a nonsmoker's place ...
In case I find everything nice and tidy , when I get back - nothing broken etc. ... , You will get back more than the deposit only!!!
