Beautiful, newly renovated, centrally located flat with 2 balconies as of Mar 15. On the end date I am rather flexible – end of May/end of June.
The 2-room apartment has a really good design and thus seems much bigger than it is. It was only built last Apriland therefore everything is brand new. Its 4th floor with an elevator. As it´s up high the flat is really bright and quiet.
The apartment has 1 living room, 1 bed room, a kitchen in the hallway, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, and 1 storage room. And of course the 2 balconies. One of them has a really comfortable deck chair to enjoy the sunset.
The living room has wooden floor, exit to the balcony (south), sofa that can also be used as a bed, e-piano (you are welcome to play), table and 4 chairs, and a TV (satellite TV).
The bed room has also wooden floor, exist to a balcony (north), bed (140x200), a big wardrobe and a commode. Bed linen can be provided.
55m2, 2 rooms, 3rd district, 5min to subway station U3 Rochusgasse/Danube canal/ big park Prater. There is Spar, BIPA, and Irish Pub in walking distance. The canal is very lovely for exercise. The neighborhood is etremely quiet and the people are friendly. Also you have several places to dine nearby
The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, stove, and kitchen utensils etc.
The bathroom features 2 sinks, tub, washing machine and hair-dryer. Towels can be provided.
The apartment was built on the top of an existing building. The whole complex was also renovated last spring and thus everything looks really nice. And still the house has the typical Viennese charm with stucco in the entrance area. As the apartment is located in the back of the building it is really quite and one can sleep with open window easily. In the courtyard are bicycle racks to store your bike safely.
