searching for long-term furnished flat

Dear potential landlords,

My name is Jose Manuel Lopez. I am a doctor in Computational and Applied Physics and recently got a post-doctoral position at the Institute of Science and Technology, where I will develop a research project
that will last between 2 and 4 years. Despite the Institute is located in Klosterneuburg, I am planning
to live in Vienna and go to work every day using public transportation. For this reason I am searching
for a flat (in principle for 2 years, starting in September or October 2015) located near the green metro line (U4) or in districts near Heiligenstadt (where I can get on the bus heading to the IST). The flat is essentially for me, although my girlfriend, who lives in Hungary, will also come some weekends. It is important that the flat is furnished (if not fully furnished, at least those things that are indispensable: bed (double), wardrobe, kitchen, ....). Please do not hesitate to contact me if you think your flat might be interesting for me. Unfortunately I do not speak German yet ( I will start taking classes in September), but please feel free to write me in German if you do not feel comfortable writing in English.
