I am a female RWTH master student, 25 years old, doing my 2nd semester. I would like to have a 1-zimmer UNFURNISHED wohnung close to Westbahnhof or Ponttor since my current rental contract is going to end.
Start on 01.07.2019 or 01.08.2019 are the best.
I do not smoke, have no pet. Normally I just go to lectures, library or stay at home, I like quiet, which means I barely have party. I will at least have a one-year rental contract with the house owner, since I still have more than one year to go for my master.
I am an international student who only speaks English, sorry for any inconvenience during the communication.
