I'd like to request a single room with private kitchen and bathroom near the RWTH Aachen University

I am a Chinese student and my MSc program in RWTH Aachen will start at Nov. 2020. Thus I would like to find a registration-possible single room/apartment/flat which is available from 1st Sept or 1st Oct. I hope the room could be near the campus (It would be better if the room is near the Physics Department. It is OK as well if this cannot be satisfied). I also hope this room can be furnished or partly furnished and have private kitchen and bathroom because maybe I need to cook often if I cannot adapt to the German cuisine. I do not smoke or drink and I prefer a quite and clean place to live. Therefore I will do cleaning often and will not make much noise.
