Masters student looking for single apartment

Hello, my name is Catherine and I'm an international student from Australia. I am going to study a Master of Electrical Engineering at RWTH Aachen in 2021. I expect to spend most of my time studying as I am fairly studious. In terms of personality I am quiet and friendly. In my free time I enjoy playing the piano, jogging, reading, watching TV series (and anime).

As a tenant I will be respectful of other people, maintain cleanliness, and look after the apartment. I may leave the apartment for short periods as I love travelling. I am looking for a convenient location close to both RWTH and the city center, preferably less than a 20 min walk from both locations. I prefer the apartment to be fully furnished as I will not be bringing many items. Other than that, I do not have any other preferences. Let me know if there are any questions!
