Canadian student looking for a one room flat from January - April 2022 while doing an internship in Augsburg

Hello! I am a Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Victoria in Canada, and will be coming to Augsburg from January - April 2022 for an internship at Airbus Helicopters. I'm looking for a furnished one-room apartment with a kitchen and easy access to the train station, since I will be commuting to Donauwörth daily. I am hoping to live in an area where there will be lots of opportunities to meet other students. My ideal date to move in would be January 7, but I am happy to be flexible.

In my free time I enjoy biking, hiking, and spending time outdoors. I like to cook and bake, so an oven and dishwasher would be preferred, but not required. I am responsible, quiet, and respectful of neighbours and others. I would be happy to provide proof of my student status if needed. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have an apartment I may be able to rent.
