1,5 Flat Wedding - 1 to 3 months - no anmeldung

Hi everyone!

I’m a remote worker renting out my cozy 1.5-room flat in Wedding. The apartment is available for the full month of February, April, and May, with some flexibility on the end date. Unfortunately, Anmeldung is not possible.

I currently pay €917 to my agency plus internet and electricity, so the rent would be €1,000 per month. For security, I would also ask for a €500 deposit, which can be discussed.

Photos are available upon request via email. The flat is fully equipped and furnished, including a washing machine, a fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, couch with TV, a complete remote work setup (desk, two screens, and chair), a double bed, and a balcony.

I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and responsible person who communicates well and whom I can trust, as I would be leaving all furniture and personal belongings in the apartment. A short introduction and social media links via email would be highly appreciated.
