The rent is precisely 401,14/month. Please expect to pay an additional 60 euros for electricity. This is roughly just under 500 euros per month.
In addition, because I am moving back to Canada, I also plan to leave behind and thereby sell the furniture that I had purchased for the apartment. Unfortunately this is not negotiable, and preference will be given to the inquiring persons which agree to purchase the furniture from me. This can be discussed further following the visitation/tour.
The flat is really fantastic and I have absolutely loved the location and ease of access to other parts of the city. It is situated very close to the Spree which makes for very nice walks/runs/summer hangouts. Excellent laundry salon located next door with very nice staff. The apartment does not get much natural light in the winter as it is located in the Hinterhaus but thankfully the property is quiet!!!
