Vollmöblierte 1 Zimmer Wohnung /eigene Küche/Bad/ Balkon - 50qm in Nord Neukölln nähe Rathaus Neukölln

Ich vermiete ein gemütliches, vollmöbliertes Zimmer-Studio mit eigenem Bad und Küche, Abstellkammer, Flur und Balkon (insgesamt 50qm) in meiner zwei Zimmer Wohnung. Da ich meinen beruflichen Lebensmittelpunkt probeweise außerhalb Berlins verlagert habe, suche ich jemanden, der das Zimmer und Küche/Bad für maximal ein Jahr mieten möchte (Verlängerung nicht ausgeschlossen, kann zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt aber nicht zugesagt werden). Möchtest du kürzer als 1 Jahr mieten, schreib das gern in deine Nachricht.

Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet mit Bett, zwei Schränken und einem Regal. Die Küche, das Bad, der Abstellraum und der Balkon gehören dir allein. In dem zweiten Zimmer befinden sich meine Sachen, der Rest der Wohnung ist für deine Sachen freigeräumt.

Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Kühl-Gefrierschrank, eine Mikrowelle, einen Herd und Geschirr – alles ist vorhanden und funktioniert einwandfrei.

Die Wohnung ist ab sofort frei. Ich plane vor Ort Besichtigungen in der ersten Februarwoche und würde die Wohnung dann gerne in derselben Woche oder ab dem 15. Februar vergeben. Ein Vorabkennenlernen per Videocall wäre mir wichtig, das geht ab sofort. Schreib mir einfach, dann machen wir einen Termin!

Da es sich um meine persönlichen Gegenstände handelt, ist es mir wichtig, dass damit sorgsam umgegangen wird. Ich suche Berufstätige oder Studenten, Einzelpersonen sind bevorzugt. Rauchen drinnen ist leider ausgeschlossen.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in Neukölln, nur 5 Gehminuten vom U-Bahnhof Rathaus Neukölln, 1 Gehminute von der Bushaltestelle M41/M43 und 12 Gehminuten vom S-Bahnhof Sonnenallee entfernt. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock eines Altbaus gelegen, es gibt im Haus auch einen Fahrradkeller. Supermärkte (Lidl, edeka, Rewe, Aldi, Türk./arabisch/indisch), Kino, Bars und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden.

Die Wohnung ist hell durch große Fenster, dein Zimmer hat sogar einen eigenen Balkon.

Hello everyone!

I'm renting out a cozy, fully furnished studio apartment with its own bathroom and kitchen, storage room, hallway, and balcony (50 sq m total) in my two-room apartment. Since I've temporarily relocated my professional life outside of Berlin, I'm looking for someone to rent the room and kitchen/bathroom for a maximum of one year (an extension is possible, but I can't guarantee it at this time). If you'd like to rent for less than a year, please mention that in your message.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, two wardrobes, and a shelf. The kitchen, bathroom, storage room, and balcony are all yours. My belongings are in the second room; the rest of the apartment is cleared out for you.

There's a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, stove, and dishes—everything is there and in perfect working order.

The apartment is available immediately. I'm planning on-site viewings during the first week of February and would like to rent the apartment out that same week or from February 15th onward. A preliminary meeting via video call would be important to me; this can be arranged immediately. Just send me a message, and we can schedule a time!
Since these are my personal belongings, it's important to me that they are treated with care. I'm looking for professionals or students; single people are preferred. Smoking is unfortunately not allowed inside.

The apartment is in a fantastic central location in Neukölln, just a 5-minute walk from the Rathaus Neukölln U-Bahn station, a 1-minute walk from the M41/M43 bus stop, and a 12-minute walk from the Sonnenallee S-Bahn station. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a historic building, and there's a bicycle storage room in the building. Supermarkets (Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, Turkish/Arabic/Indian), a cinema, bars, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

The apartment is bright thanks to large windows, and your room even has its own balcony.
