Gorgeous, cozy apartment - fully furnished for sublet :) Ideal for a couple as its set up as a one bedroom apt with a huge living room and separate bedroom, eat in kitchen and bathroom. Huge gorgeous couch, comfy mattress and fully equipped kitchen. We also have a gorgeous collection of plants that make the place super cosy. Theres also a desk station to work from home if thats how your life looks now.
The building is very chill and the neighbours are all nice, it is NOT a party building:)
Please note : energy cost is currently charged at €105 per month (€62 p/m electric, €43 gas) but as prices rise at the moment, these increases will be applied as charged and used. A meter reading will be taken at start and end and usage will be paid per use.

Right between Weserstrasse and the Canal :) Everything you need nearby, lots of bars, cafes and restaurants as well as record stores, vintage shops and more on Weserstrasse to your right and the canal to your left that is a beautiful walk down to markets many days of the week. Tucked in from the street in a leafy courtyard meaning its quiet and serene but super close to everything. Nearest U bahn about 5 minutes walk and you can get anywhere from there :)
