Besichtigung möglich am Wochenende.

Ich suche ein*e Nachmieter*in. Die 1-Zimmer möblierte Wohnung im EG befindet sich nähe von der U-Bahn Hohenzollerplatz (3 Min. zu Fuß) und der U-Bahn Güntzelstraße (9 Min. zu Fuß).

Die Wohnung ist ca. 31 m2, 700 EUR (warm) pro Monat inklusive high-speed Internet, kostenlose Waschmaschine und Kellerabteil. Sie können, z.B. die Bilder am Wände entfernen und sie im Keller legen. Trotz der kleinen Größe ist die Köche gut ausgestattet und es gibt einen kleinen "Lager" am Ende des Flurs, in dem Sie einen Staubsauger, Koffer und Schuhe legen. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten.

Sie müssen mit dem Vermieter selbst Detail diskutieren, falls Sie sich entscheiden, die Wohnung zu bewerben, aber bei mir war der Mietvertrag befristet (6 Monate mit 4 Wochen Kündigungsfrist + Möglichkeiten von anderem 6 Monaten mit 3 Monaten Kündigungsfrist).

The rent is 700 euros per month, including high speed internet, a free washing machine and a basement section. You can remove, for example, the paintings on the wall and keep them in the basement. Although the room is small, the kitchen is well equipped, and there is also a small storage section at the end of the corridor, where you can keep a vacuum cleaner, shoes, suitcases and so on.

In my case, the rental contract was initially for 6 month with a 4-week notice period plus the possibility of extension for another 6 month with a 3-month notice period.

You need to discuss the contractual conditions and details with the landlord himself. The above information is based on my contract.
