The apartment to be sublet is located in the student residence "The Fizz" directly at the university (and at Subway ;)). There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, microwave and sink in the room. You also have your own bathroom. Two ovens can be found on the ground floor in the common kitchen. There are three common rooms, one of which is the common kitchen, one is good for studying and the other is good for chilling out or partying. There are also regular events organised by the house managers. The house managers generally take care of everything. So whenever you have something, you can always go and see them in their office hours downstairs in the office or you can reach them by phone. This is also where packages are delivered. If you order something, all packages arrive at the office together. Then the individual packages are assigned and you will find a note in your mailbox. With this note you go to the office and get your package. So there is no need for you to ask your neighbours if they have the package or to spend any other effort to find your package if you were not there. In the cellar there are washing machines as also dryers. The wet clothes can be then dried in the drying room on the laundry stands or hanging clotheslines standing there. Moreover, there is also a big bicycle cellar in which one can easily leave one's bicycle.
Regarding the location, one can say that one could not live any closer to the university. Directly behind the Fizz is the building "Natural sciences 1" and 200 meters in the other direction is the cafeteria. Diagonally opposite the Fizz is a supermarket called "Aldi" and directly in front of the Fizz is a bus and train stop. Not to forget that the Fizz has a subway restaurant on the ground floor since October. In addition, the apartment to be sublet is in the block with the subway, that means just take the elevator downstairs, go around the corner, get a delicious sub and the lazy Sunday is perfect.
It is important to note that only enrolled students can move into the apartment, because of the contract.
In summary, one can say that the Fizz maybe costs a little more than other houses, but offers a lot in return.
