Hello Everyone,
I’m looking for someone to sublet my flat while I’m away for ~1.5 months (Immediately to the end of September). The flat is small, but has everything you need, including a private bathroom and small kitchen. The main room has a bed, couch, desk, and shelves. Kitchen includes a mini-fridge/freezer, sink, and 2 burners. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cutlery, pot and pan, and a variety of spices that you are welcome to use. I use an Ethernet cord for internet, but it can reach anywhere in the room. On the main floor of the building there are washing machines and dryers, as well as a drying room on each floor. There is also a “party room” in the building which you can rent out. Being on the top floor of the building, my flat is very quiet. There is a lockable bike storage you can make use of, as well as a large parking lot.
The room is within the Luisental “student village”, which is generally nice and quiet with lots of large trees in the surroundings. The tram/bus line is a 5 minute walk away. The city center is just under 20 minutes away by tram, and the university is 10 minutes away by bike. The surrounding area has 5 supermarkets within a ten minute walk, as well as other small shops, restaurants and bakeries.

The sublet times can be a bit flexible. In order to live in student housing, you must be an enrolled student, intern, or apprentice in Bremen. I look forward to hearing from you!
