[NEW LOWER PRICE] Room open in student housing for students and young professionals

I will be changing jobs and changing cities so I am looking for someone to take over the second part of my rental contract. The building has a great community of young people and events. The rent includes all utilities and internet and all furniture rental (bed, desk, wardrobe, 2 small dressers, full kitchen). The apartment building is only a couple years old and very modern. It is in a great central location. It is only a 15 minute walk to luisenplatz and 10 minutes to hauptbahnhof.


The remainder of my contract is until the 30.09.2018 so it would be from 01.02.2018 until then. I am paying 663 euro per month and thats what the contract will be listed as. I will give you 63*(number of months until the end of the contract) either transferred to your bank or directly to the fizz for the deposit once the contract is signed. I am open to later start times if that is what you need. You would be able to renew if you would like to stay longer. The building also requires a 250 euro fee for setup and office work at the time of signing the contract.
