I am looking for a small appartment near my job ( Bismarckstraße , Darmstadt) I have a full contract as a Web Developer, and paying the rent will never be a problem. I will come to Darmstadt by end of July or beginning of August, and I am very intressed in renting an apartment. I am very quiet and I will be living alone, I dont smoke and I dont have any pets. If we could make an appoitment to see the apartment I could send my friend to see it for me, and I could also pay in advance. I am willing to provide the contract and everything you need to give me the rent. Please let me know
