Hello, I am looking for a new tenant for my apartment in the Uninest dormitory in Dresden on 01.10.2019. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is rented fully furnished. All additional costs are already included in the rent. Separately next to the living area there is a private bathroom with a large mirror and a very modern shower. The floor is equipped with underfloor heating.
It is perfect for international students!
It offers many possibilities to spend time with friends or to meet new people, because there is a table football room, a billiard room and a study room. But the best thing is the roof terrace, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of Dresden. There is also a beautiful inner courtyard.

From the apartment you can reach the stop Bautzener Straße/ Rothenburger Straße in 2-3 minutes.
Bahnhof Neustadt can be reached in 10 - 15 minutes on foot or in 6 minutes by train.
For shopping, Rewe and DM are only 5 minutes away from the dormitory and there is a bakery directly under your apartment.
Student life also doesn't take place too far away from the dormitory, because Albertplatz or Alaunstraße, where there are numerous cafes, bars etc., can be reached in 5 - 10 minutes.
Only for students. A certificate of matriculation must therefore be presented when moving in.
