Short-term Sublet (Feb 10–Apr 2): Bright 23 m2 Semi-Basement Room in a House

I’m subletting my cozy, fully furnished room for a short term. The location is very quiet and pleasant, in a nice residential area. The city center can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike.

The room is in the basement (souterrain), but it has two large windows with great natural daylight. From both windows you have a lovely view of the landlord’s garden.

Amenities:
– fully furnished (bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, fridge, etc.)
– private sink directly outside the room door
– kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor are shared with the landlord
– no waiting time for the bathroom, as he has an additional bathroom
- Cleaning can be done using the landlord's vacuum cleaner
– washing machine available (15 € per month)

Period:
10 February to 02 April (flexible / negotiable)

Additional info:
The landlord is very friendly and quiet. The room is perfect for students, interns, or anyone looking for a calm, comfortable place to stay for a short period.
