Ein modernes 1-Zimmer-Apartment mit Skyline-Blick, möbliert mit allem was man braucht in bester Lage.

Hier hat man das Gefühl, dass man in Frankfurt wohnt, denn man hat einen Blick auf die Frankfurter-Skyline und den alten Dom.

Die Wohnung hat ein charmantes ‘interior design”, in dem man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Man kann sie sehr gut dekorieren und sein Zeug sehr gut verstauen. Es gibt mehrere Schränke (und Stauraum unter dem Bett), um Sachen gut unterzubringen.

Die Wohnung hat keine direkte Sonne, trotzdem ist sie sehr hell und im Sommer sehr angenehm.

Ein großer Vorteil von der Wohnung ist die Tatsache, dass die Miete sämtliche Nebenkosten bereits beinhaltet. Man muss sich sogar keinen Kopf um Strom- oder Internet-Verträge machen. Alles ist in der Miete vorhanden!
Die gut gedämmten Wände und Fenster lassen den Lärm draußen.

Zum Möbel gehören außer den vielen Schränken, dem Tisch und dem Bett, ein Smart-TV mit Music-Box, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, ein Designer-Stuhl und ein Hocker.

Im Keller kann man sein Fahrrad gratis oder sein Auto gegen Gebühr parken. Außerdem befindet sich im Keller noch der Waschraum, mit mehreren Waschmaschinen und Trocknern. Sie kosten jeweils pro Wäsche 2€. Dazu befindet sich dort noch ein Party-Raum mit einem Kicker.

Im Erdgeschoss und auf der Dachterrasse befinden sich noch weitere, moderne und sehr hübsche Gemeinschaftsräume. Diese kann man reservieren und für Partys und Geburtstage z.B. nutzen. Sie sind mit einem großen Smart-TV, Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen, Geschirr usw. ausgerüstet.

Außerdem stehen am Gebäude immer Car-Sharing Autos.

A modern full-furnished studio apartment with everything that you need in best location.

Here you really get the feeling of living in Frankfurt as you have a beautiful view over the Frankfurt Skyline and the Cathedral.

The flat has a charming and pretty interior design where you feel at home. You can decorate it nicely and you can store your stuff very good. There are several wardrobes (also under the bed) to store away your things.

The flat has no direct sunlight, yet still bright and pleasant in the summer time.

A huge advantage of this place is the fact that the rent includes everything. Which means you don’t even need to bother the electricity or internet contracts. Everything is included. The good isolated walls and windows leave the noise outside the house.

The furniture consists of the wardrobes, the bed, the tables, a Samsung Smart-TV with a music box, a microwave, an electric kettle, a designer-chair and a stool.

In the basement you can park your bicycle for free and for a fee your car. Besides, there are the washing machines and the dryers, with which you can wash and dry your clothes for 2€ respectively. There you can also find a party room and a kicker.

On the ground floor and on the roof top there are two other very pretty common places where you can reserve and use for (birthday) parties. These are equipped with a big Smart-TV, a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishes and so on.

Other than that you can always find car-sharing cars right by the building.
