Hi all,
I am looking for a Nachmieter for my cozy studio apartment in Westend-Süd starting from October 1st.
The apartment is furnished (bed, sofa, dining table with 2 chairs, low table, built in kitchen, large shrank). You don’t need to pay additionally for the furniture. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the basement, they get activated with 50cent coins. The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator.
The landlord requires that your net income must be higher than 1800€ per month to be eligible for this offer. Also, SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) is required. The minimum stay length is 1 year.
The location is simply great, I have enjoyed living in Westend-Süd, very nice district. The Alte Oper and Grüneburgweg U-Bahn Stations are a few walking minutes away. The bus 36 goes to Bockenheimer Warte and the Bus 64 goes to Hbf. The Goethe-Uni is a few blocks away. Also, the city center is pretty close, you don’t need to take public transport to go for shopping or to go out.
