A cozy 36 m2 studio apartment located in Herden is available from April 1, 2014. The Studio has own kitchen, bathroom , separate bedroom and dining room.
Additional furnishing (washing machine, microwave, beds) which I have added to the house can also be sold for a very reasonable price as I am moving out of Freiburg. You can also continue my current internet connection with Kabel BW if you choose . (Can discuss over viewing:)).
The owners are a lovely German couple and are looking for suitable occupant from April.
Located in a beautiful locality , with walking and trekking tracks just 5 minutes away. Also the public transport is just 7 minutes away.
The studio is well light and ventilated. Also the property has a lovely garden, which can be accessed from time to time.
