I am subletting my fully furnished student apartment in Campo Novo, Freiburg from February 1st to September 30th, 2026, with the possibility to have your own rental contract afterwards. The building is modern, quiet, and clean, located in a great area with supermarkets, cafés, and public transportation just a short walk away. There is also a Frelo bike-sharing station directly in front of the building. The apartment is 27 m2, located on the 2nd floor, and offers a comfortable and convenient living space. Anmeldung (registration) is possible for the subtenant.

The total monthly rent is 746.91 €, which includes:

Cold rent: 592.91 €

Living costs (Betriebskosten): 129 €

Electricity: 25 € (paid separately to badenova)

The subtenant must be a student or enrolled in an Ausbildung (vocational training).
