Hello,
I am a visiting PhD student in TUM and I will study there for 2 years. Now I am looking for an abode in Freising. I do not smoke, and have no interest as well as time to hold a party. Meanwhile I may cook serval times a week.
I expect the abode to be a furnished one-room flat (or studio) with private bathroom (better with private balcony and kitchen). I hope the monthly rent will be no more than 750 Euro, including the basic cost such as central heating, electricity, tap water and so on (Warmmiete). I will probably get to Freising afterJanuary 10th, and I will need to rent for 2 years. I will study at TUM campus around Weihenstephan therefore I hope the abode is not far from or is convenient to get there.
