Great 1.5 rooms apartment. schöne 1.5-Zimmer-Wohnung Eimsbüttel

Hi!

I apologise for writing In English, My German is still pretty bad (although I can understand most of it)

I’m leaving my lovely 1.5 rooms apartment in Hamburg Eimsbuettel by the first of May and I’m looking for a new "Nachmieter"

The apartment is in great location. The street itself is quite busy but the apartment is back sided, therefore very quiet..
5 minutes walk from the Ubahn station Osterstraße, 2 minutes walk from the Bus stop (lines 4, 20, 25 and others), 5 minutes walk from a variety of supermarkets (Edeka, Penny, Aldi).Plenty of Restaurants and Cafés are also near by.

The flat is perfect for a single person or a couple but not suitable for WG (flatmates). There is a living room combined with a small kitchen and a separate bedroom.
There are also 2 very big closets with plenty of room to put your storage.
The closets and the refrigerator are staying in the apartment at any case. I can also leave all my furnitures and equipment (bed, washing machine, sofas etc.) or part of it for some extra costs in case you would be interested.

You are welcome to come and check it out. Meetings are possible
during evening hours or during the weekend.
Make sure you bring with you some related documents:
-Schufa (jetzt beantragen)
-A copy of your ID or passport
-copies of your last 3 pay checks
