English, quiet, KIT, furnished

I need a good place to rent for a long time (2~4 years).

I prefer a quiet living quality, and I don't have any bad habit.
I can't smoke, I don't have pets.

I work in KIT, so I prefer a good traffic to KIT campus south.

I can only speak English now and I can make a good effort on discussion the rent and house if you want. (in English)

For the requirements in the house, I prefer to the furnished house because I don't have much time to setup the whole room.

For the bathroom, I will prefer there are windows.
Because if the smell in the bathroom is bad, I can open the windows to free it.

I only need internet, heat, electric, no need for TV, telephone.

If there is a kitchen combine with the room, perfect!
