About Room:
A nice furnished room is available from 15/August/2021 or 1/September/2021. Three rooms are available on the second floor. out of three one-room is mine. Shared kitchen and bathroom. The room includes a foldable cot used as a sofa as well as a cot, a Wardrobe which is very big and very comfortable for one person, A big desk used as a study table and chair. Cold rent is 300 euros, Electricity and Wi-Fi are shared. It would come around 32- 40 euros per month. The deposit is 2 months' rent which is 600 euros. you will get back when you vacated the house. I am looking for a tenant who can stay for the long term.
About me:
I am Ramesh Reddy Modulla(Male, 23 years old) from India, doing a master's at the University of Koblenz-Landau. I can speak English, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and a bit of German.
Other Flat mates:
A couple stays in one room who are from Vietnam and studying bachelors. They will speak English and German.
A girl stays in another room she is from Bulgaria. She doesn't speak English.

- Near to house two supermarkets are available it takes 2 minutes to reach there.
- The University of Koblenz Landau takes 40 minutes to reach.
