The apartment is located in the back of the house and faces the beautiful garden. Close to big city's life it offers the atmosphere of a green oasis. Lovingly furnished the apartment is a place to feel welcome as soon as arriving.

The distance to the town center with the Kölner Dom is about 3 Km. The house is adjacent to a small, public green area with playground for toddlers and table tennis.
