Apartment is located at the ground floor and is fully furnished with the double bed. In addition two single blankets, pillows and an extra pair of the bedsheets is also available. A wardrobe with three side drawers can also be found with one big mirror and two chairs in the bed room. From the bedroom you can view outside green area with two windows on each side of the bed.

An office desk and chair is available for study/working in the living room. There is a sofa, coffee table and small rack for files etc. can be found in the living room.

There is a small kitchenette equipped with cooking range with electric oven, small fridge (enough for 1person), small grill oven, electric kettle and the microwave oven. Dining table with three chair is next to the window in the living room where you can enjoy outside lush green area while eating.

There is a small balcony with two wooden chair if you want to sit outside. Unlimited internet access, iron, and washing machine is also available. washing machine is shared and is located in the Keller on first come first serve basis. At the moment its not overcrowded and one can easily find the space to do washing.

Wash room is in the apartment while shower is shared with other three flats on the floor.
