Scientist looking for 1 or 2-room flat from mid-May 2018

I am a 28-year-old scientist from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I moved into Köln in mid-April. I hold a PhD degree in Biochemistry and I work as a postdoctoral researcher at Uniklinik Köln in the field of Alzheimer's disease. I speak Spanish (first language), English (fluent) and Italian (basic), and I am currently learning German. I am a neat, tidy and responsible person and I do not smoke.

I am looking for a naturally well-lit furnished 1 or 2-room flat from mid-May 2018, either in Sülz, Lindenthal, Klettenberg, Ehrenfeld, Neustadt-Nord/Süd or Altstadt-Nord/Süd. Ideally, the minimum size of the apartment should be 30 m2 and the monthly rent not over 750 euros (warm).
