Cosy 1 Room Apartment Glockenbach

the Apartment is very central, surrounded by nice shops, Cafés, Restaurants and bars. It's also a 2 Minutes walk to the river Isar. It is nothing super fancy but nice and cosy and practical and quiet. Also in the middle of the coolest and hippest quarter, great connection to the underground, lovely people around.
I want to sublet my flat super last minute to someone as spontaneous and uncomplicated as me :-) You shouldn't mind that that you will be surrounded by most of my stuff that I'm gonna leave there.
The pics are a bit older, I don't have new pics, but the atmosphere and the furniture are almost the same.

Das Apartment ist sehr zentral im Glockenbachviertel gelegen, umgeben von Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Zur Isar ist es nur 2 Minuten zu Fuss. Es ist nichts super schickes, aber nett und gemütlich eingerichtet, hat alles was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt und ist sehr ruhig da im Hinterhof. Du bist bei mir im coolsten und hippsten Viertel und hast eine super U-Bahn Anbindung.
Ich würde gerne mein Apartment so schnell wie möglich untervermieten.
Wenn du auch superspontan und unkompliziert bist, dann bist du bei mir genau richtig. Viele meiner persönlichen Sachen, befinden sich noch im Apartment, was aber nicht weiter störend ist.
Die Fotos sind etwas älter, ich habe im Moment keine aktuellen, im Grossen und Ganzen, sind es aber die gleichen Möbel und die gleiche Atmosphäre.
