Nice apartment in Schwanthalerhohe

Dear propspective tenants,
I am offering a nice apartment in Schwanthaler str.180, very close to Hauptbahnhof and Oktoberfest. The apartment is 31.5 m² big and not furnished. There is a kitchen attached with living room and a private wash room. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement. You have also a small area to put your satffs in there.

The rent of the apartment will be the following, basic rent 620, utility(heating,hot water,cleaning) 100. So monthly 620+100=720 without electricity. Currently i am paying 32.5 euros for the electricity. And the caution money is 3 months * basic rent = 3*620= 1860. I bought the kitchen and some other furnitures from the previous tenant and i also leave it in here. So the cost of the furniture is (Heater+Oven+freeze+Cabinet+2 wardrobe+1 shelf+bed+small table+leather sofa) 650 Euros. In total you have to pay the following amounts at the middle of February
Caution: 1860
March Rent:720
Furnitures:650
1860+720+650=3230


I can not speak german but the landlord is German and he can speaks both German and English.
