Die Lage ist sehr gut, vor dem Haus ist Bus Linie 145 zum Ostbahnhof und Zentrum.
Das Zentrum ist ca. 2 Km entfernt und fußläufig in 25 min. erreichbar. Ebenso bist du sofort auf der Autobahn A 8 , Anschluss.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und angenehm zum wohnen und studieren.
Ich möchte nur Studenten oder Praktikanten für einen befristeten Zeitraum zunächst 1 Semester..
Bei Vertragsabschluss möchte ich aktuelle Kopie von UNI Immatrikulation oder Praktikantenvertrag und Einkommensnachweis bzw. wegen Bonität für die Mietpreiszahlung.

The location is very good, in front of the house there is bus line 145 to the Ostbahnhof and the center.
The center is about 2 km away and can be reached on foot in 25 minutes. You are also immediately on the A8 motorway, connection.
The apartment is very quiet and pleasant to live and study in.
I only want students or interns for a limited period of time, initially 1 semester.
When concluding the contract, I would like a current copy of UNI enrollment or internship contract and proof of income or due to creditworthiness for rent payment.
