Overview: After a year and a half, I finally got the room from the studentwerk, therefore I need to sublet my current room in SLC. If you are a student in TUM, transportation for you is very convenient. In fact, most of your neighbors are students from TUM.

Surroundings: Literally below your room, there are supermarkets REWE and lidi, only 1 min by foot.

About the room: the room has all the facilities u need. Within your room, u have a bathroom, a kitchen, a bed, and a table. There is also a small balcony. The kitchen has a microwave, if you want to use the oven, there is a public one on the same floor.
There is a small gym on the third floor. For sports lovers, there is an open tennis court, free to use.
Washing machine and drying machine are underground.
