Ich habe ein gemütliches, zentral gelegenes Apartment ab dem 01.08 für ein Jahr zur Untermiete. Das Apartment befindet sich im 5. Stock mit Aufzug. Es ist vollständig möbliert inklusiv Bad mit Badewanne und Küchenzeile.
Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppeltbett, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Regal, einem TV, Einem Tisch auf dem Balkon und einem Schreibtisch. Die Küche ist auch mit genügend Geschirr ausgestattet.
Im Keller gibt es einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner für kleines Geld zu benutzen.
Die Kosten (Strom, Wasser, Internet und Heizung) sind im Preis inklusiv!

I have a centrally located apartment to rent from 01.08 for a year. The apartment is on the 5th floor with elevator. It is fully furnished including bathroom with bath and kitchenette.
The room is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a shelf, a TV, a table on the balcon and a desk. The kitchen is also equipped with enough crockery.
In the basement there is a laundry room with washer and dryer for small money to use.
The costs (electricity, water, internet and heating) are included in the price!
