Private Space + Community Space
Your private space is a studio all for yourself (or you and your partner). You can choose - sizes ranging between 22-54sqm. Really nice big windows for plenty of sun and fresh air. The studios are all fully-furnished including the kitchenette. There is one laundry room but you can check which machines are available and reserve them from the POHA App.

Location
The building is located right at Hansator behind the train station. It’s really easy to get around from here either by foot or with your bike, whether you want to find something good to eat or take a walk around the Aasee. There is a Rewe, Müller, and Nail Salon, and Poké Bowl restaurant all right downstairs.

Community Life
The coolest thing about living here is that you have plenty of privacy in your own flat while also being able to walk down the hall to big community spaces that feel like your living room. There are two large community spaces where you can hang out on a Sunday with a good book or have your friends over for a dinner party or movie night. There is also a large terrace with seating, a glass house for hanging out or working remotely, and a garden to plant some vegetables or herbs if you want. There are a lot of cool events that happen like dinners, Friday night drinks, wellness classes and workshops etc. You’ll always know what’s going on because everything will be posted in the POHA App.
