Friendly, Respectful Student Looking for Accommodation

I am a friendly, respectful masters student looking for an apartment to rent during my studies. I will be working on my masters in development studies while also improving my German skills, so I am hoping to live close to the university and close to places to shop for food and other necessities. I am an excellent tenant as I am timely on rent, quiet, and clean. I hope to find a single apartment that is clean and up to date but I am open to a flatshare if it is with other students who are friendly, fun, and respectful of communal space. I will need a furnished flat with a bed, desk, and wardrobe / closet, and am happy to borrow or purchase any kitchenware left behind by past tenants! The city looks so beautiful, and I am very excited to have the opportunity to spend two years in Germany.
