1-room apartment (belonging to SEMMELHAACK renting company), which is already equipped with electric cookers, kitchen and bathroom sinks, shower, toilet, refrigerator (with a small freezer), oven and various kitchen cupboards.
The apartment has a very spacious balcony, ideal for tanning and keeping plants in the nice seasons.
The apartment is in a residential complex with a private cellar, shared bicycle storage, shared garbage disposal area, and common room for coin operated washing machines and dryers.

The apartment comes fully furnished with furniture I bought and I would like to sell as a whole. Priority is given to whom will buy most of my furniture, which include a double bed, small couch (pull-out into a double bed), desk, dining table (extensible into a 6-people table), and several additional cabinets / drawers / house improvements (full list on request - pictures or personal visit to inspect furniture). Most furniture is from IKEA, so I charge a small price for the whole lot (450 €). I have never had dogs or cats so the furniture is not damaged / scratched.

I am looking for someone who will be able to rent the apartment from March 1st 2021 and possibly take most of my furniture. I need someone whom is serious and can provide SEMMELHAACK agency with proof of income and a positive SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) check. I also ask for an early down payment for the furniture (50% of the agreed price - with a written contract) no later than 3 days after we stipulate an informal agreement (to avoid people withdrawing at the last minute - I do not have lots of time).
